However it's finished — the Ironstone 4-Stage
- Grind — diamond-ground back to bare, open concrete. Not acid-etched, not painted over. This is the step that decides whether a floor lasts five years or five months.
- Test — moisture tested before a drop goes down. A damp slab pushes coatings straight off.
- Flake — broadcast to refusal, full coverage wall to wall.
- Seal — clear coat over the top, edges cut in sharp.
The resin — EPO100G® Glaze
- All Purpose Coatings — Australian made. A 2-pack industrial clear epoxy, not a hardware-store kit.
- Built for high-traffic commercial and industrial floors, with chemical and fume resistance. A home garage is an easy day for it.
- It's the clear that goes over your flake — the coat your tyres actually run on.
The rest of it
- One day on site. Car back on it the next morning.
- We move your gear and put it back. The mower, the bike, the tool chest — you don't lift a thing.
- No deposit. You pay nothing until you've walked the floor and you love it.
- 5-year written guarantee against lifting. Handed to you on the day, not promised over the phone. If it lifts, we come back and fix it free.
- It transfers if you sell. The next owner gets the same guarantee.

We post a physical sample and confirm the blend with you at the sample visit before any material is ordered — that sample is what the floor is matched to, not this page.
